Donations

At Citrus, we welcome donations of any amount. We'll use your money to benefit our local community through creativity, citizenship and kindness. Donations pay for circus tutors for neighbourhood children, for us to coordinate community activity such as cook-ups or litter picks, and for our amazing outdoor spectacles made with and for our local people. 

 

Your support could pay for a young person who hasn't yet found their niche in the school or employment system to participate in outdoor arts technical training, being paid to train and do hands on creative work they are proud of. 

 

It could pay for a social creative workshop for a group of our community elders with an artist or thinker they wouldn't otherwise have access to hearing from.

It could pay for a neurodivergent child to attend weekly circus classes, where they won't need to sit still, be quiet or feel different!

What could my donation do?

​

• £15 covers the costs of one child or young person at a Citrus class

• £50 creates a space for a 16-30 year old not currently in education, employment or training to attend a day of our outdoor arts technical training (Artworkers Scheme)

• £175 pays for full kit for one of our Artworker graduates to be ready for paid work; including a DBS, steel-toed boots and a basic tool kit.

Volunteer

​

We run a number of activities from participation with younger groups, delivery of activities to older people’s doorsteps through to local performances. As a local charity we always need help to run these activities.
